Qualification: BE / MCA
EXP: Minimum 4 years of experience in his relevant area
Should be working in a reputed company
• Should not have any earlier visa denials
• Excellent communications skills
• Should have a certification in related technology, if he doesn"t have it currently then he should make sure he will get it before coming to US
• Candidate need to sign a one year contract for employment.
• Have proper paperwork
o Valid passport for at least 6 years
o Copy of undergraduate, graduate diploma(s), certificates, degrees along with the transcripts, and copies of high school and other pre-college certificates and transcripts;
o Copies of experience letters from prior/current employer(s). This is especially important where the college degree certificate is of a three year degree program. For H-1B purposes, equivalence to a baccalaureate ( 4 year degree program) degree is required, and equivalence can be obtained through a combination of education and experience;
• To avoid Visa processing issues at other locations we need candidates which can go for visa stamping at Delhi consulate as preferred location followed by Mumbai. While the rest can go to Chennai consulate.

The candidates can be filtered based on following:
o Someone with passport from Northern India but working in south is considered under Delhi Consulate.
o Someone with passport from South India but working in North India at the time of visa stamping is considered under Delhi Consulate
