Should have experience leading/architecting major products/solutions.
Experience in full product development using Distributed Systems Must have
Knowledge of Java/J2EE Must have
Experience with ESB/BPM Good to have
Knowledge of Databases Oracle/MySQL Must have
Experience with Web-tier/Portal development Good to have
Experience with UI technologies (Flex, AJAX etc) Good to have
Experience with SAS Delivery Good to have
Knowledge of NMP (Cisco internal tool) Good to have.
Hands-on experience; Flexible and willing to lead from the front
