Doing HLD & LLD and doing development of complex modules independently
Exposure to Requirements gathering and bridging gaps
Deep expertise in OOAD and various programming constructs
Hands on expertise on J2EE architecture ( JSP/JSF, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, Hibernate,Spring) and technical mentorship to junior staff
Implementation expertise of design patterns, UML, RUP methodologies
Good analytical skills and problem solving skills and willingness to learn new domains and technologies and stay hands on.
Understand the business problem (implicit and explicit requirements) and develop high quality solution working while working as a great team player.
